Privacy
The planner processes your files in your browser and uploads nothing. The early access form stores your answers and emails them to us. Subscriber data from a connected webhook is used only for that app's win-back messages, and is deleted on request or 30 days after you stop. Nothing is sold or shared.
The planner
The planner at /planner/ reads the RevenueCat or Stripe export you choose and does all its work inside your browser. The file is not uploaded to us or anyone else.
The early access form
When you submit the form, we store your answers (your email, your app or store, your billing system and your subscriber count) and email them to support@winbackhq.com so we can reply. We use them only to talk to you about Winback.
Early access clients
If you connect a RevenueCat or Stripe webhook during early access, we receive your subscribers' subscription events. We use that data only to write and track win-back messages for your app. We delete it when you ask, or 30 days after you stop using Winback, whichever comes first.
What we never do
We do not sell any data. We do not share it with anyone else. We do not use one client's subscriber data for another client.
