Winback pricing
The planner is free. Pay on success costs 15% of the revenue from subscribers who come back, for 6 months, and nothing if nobody returns (10% for the first 10 apps). Our first two apps get a full win-back run free, in exchange for a short case study we can publish. If you want us to run a full campaign for you this week, the Win-back Sprint is $249 by card.

Win-back Sprint
We plan, write and hand over one full campaign for your lapsed list within 7 days. If it recovers less than $249 in 30 days, we refund the difference.

Pay on success
No monthly fee. Only revenue from subscribers who come back after a Winback message counts. First 10 apps: 10%.

How you pay
- Win-back Sprint: the "Pay $249 by card" button opens a secure card checkout by Bachs. Payment goes to AGUNA WELLNESS LTD, the company that owns Winback. After paying, email your RevenueCat or Stripe export to support@winbackhq.com and the 7 days start.
- Pay on success: nothing up front. Each month we send a card link or an invoice for the fee on the previous month's returner revenue, with every counted return listed.
- Planner: free, no account, no card.
What counts as a return
A return counts when a subscriber you messaged uses their unique return code, or resubscribes within 60 days of their message. Refunded revenue is not counted. Full rules: how pay-on-success is counted.
