# Win-back email for cancelled subscribers: what to send, with examples (2026)

Short answer: send each lost subscriber one short, personal message based on why they left and what they used. A card problem gets a fix link, a cancel gets the one reason to come back, an expired trial gets the thing they never reached. Add an offer only inside limits you set, and give one link.
