# Plan a win-back campaign from your Stripe or RevenueCat export

The Winback planner runs in the browser at https://winbackhq.com/planner/. Your files never leave the browser and nothing is uploaded.

1. Load a Stripe Billing subscriptions export or a RevenueCat customer or event export (CSV). Columns are detected by name and can be remapped.
2. See lost subscribers in three segments: cancelled (voluntary), billing failed (involuntary: past_due, unpaid, BILLING_ISSUE, BILLING_ERROR) and trial never converted, with the monthly revenue lost in each.
3. Set rules per segment: offer type (none, percent off, free days), offer value and maximum, days to wait after the lapse, skip refunds, require marketing consent, a message limit and a discount budget.
4. Edit the subject and body templates, preview every message, copy it or open it in your email app, and download the campaign CSV (email, first_name, segment, subject, body, offer, return_code, send_after). Each person gets a unique return code such as WB-7K2M9Q.
5. Upload a newer export to see who came back inside 60 days, the revenue recovered over 6 months and the 15% Winback fee.
