For RevenueCat and Stripe subscription apps

# Win back the subscribers you lost this month.

Winback finds everyone who cancelled, every card that failed and every trial that ended unpaid. It writes each of them one short, personal note about what they actually did in your app, and you pay only when someone comes back.

## Winback HQ vs RevenueCat's built-in win-back

- Who it reaches. RevenueCat's win-back campaigns (beta) email every eligible customer whose subscription expires, and in the beta you cannot choose the audience. Winback HQ sorts lapsed subscribers into cancelled, card failed and trial never paid, and you choose who gets a message and who gets an offer.

- What the message is built from. RevenueCat's beta uses one standard email template, in English only. Winback HQ writes one note per person from that person's own export data, such as plan, last seen and progress, from templates you edit, each with a unique return code.

- Where they come back. RevenueCat's email links to a Web Purchase Link, so people re-subscribe on the web, and you need RevenueCat Web with RevenueCat Billing, Stripe Billing or Paddle first. Winback HQ needs no web billing, and for App Store users the note can carry your Apple win-back offer link.

- Who sends it and how it is priced. RevenueCat sends its email for you, automatically, from the moment access ends. With Winback HQ you send from your own email tool, and you pay 15% of the revenue from people who come back, for 6 months, with no monthly fee.

- What RevenueCat does well. It is fully automatic, with no export to run, and its Customer Center (Pro and Enterprise plans) can show a retention offer inside your app before someone cancels. If one English email to a web checkout is enough for you, start there.

 Where subscribers go

## Three kinds of lost, three different messages.

Most apps send one "we miss you" coupon to everyone, or nothing. But a person whose card expired, a person who left after six weeks and a person who never started need different notes.

 Cancelled
### They chose to leave
Often after real use. A note about their own progress lands differently from a coupon. An offer, if any, stays inside your cap.

 Card failed
### They did not mean to leave
An expired or declined card ended a subscription they still wanted. They get a one-tap fix link, not a discount.

 Trial ended, never paid
### They never really started
Usually the biggest group. A reminder of what they set up, and a short extension if you allow it.

 How it works

## From export to "they came back" in one sitting.

 01
### Read who you lost
Drop in a Stripe subscriptions export or a RevenueCat export. Winback sorts every lapsed subscriber into the right group and shows the monthly revenue behind each.

 02
### Write one note each
Set your limits once: the biggest offer, the budget, who can be messaged. Winback drafts a personal message per person with a unique return code. Edit anything, then send from your own email tool.

 03
### See who came back
Thirty days later, drop in a fresh export. Winback lists who resubscribed, the revenue recovered and the 15% fee, person by person.

 Pricing

## 15% of what comes back. Nothing else.

No monthly fee. Winback earns 15% of the revenue from each subscriber who comes back after a Winback message, for their first 6 months back. Nobody comes back, you pay nothing.

Founding apps: the first 10 apps pay 10% instead of 15%. Each month you get a card link or an invoice for the fee on the previous month's returner revenue, with every counted return listed.

Optional Win-back Sprint: $249 upfront and we plan, write and hand over one full campaign for your lapsed list within 7 days. If it recovers less than $249 in 30 days, we refund the difference. The standard 15% for 6 months then applies, minus the $249 already paid. Start the Sprint: pay $249 by card (secure card checkout by Bachs; payment goes to AGUNA WELLNESS LTD, the company that owns Winback). After paying, email your RevenueCat or Stripe export to support@winbackhq.com.

A maximum offer per group, a total budget, and only people who opted in. Card failures get no discount unless you say so.

 Questions

## Straight answers

 What does Winback do?
Winback finds the subscribers your app lost this month, sorted into three groups: people who cancelled, people whose card failed, and free trials that ended without paying. It writes each person one short, personal message based on what they did in your app, attaches an offer only inside limits you set, and shows you 30 days later who came back.

Which billing tools does it work with?
RevenueCat for iOS and Android apps, and Stripe Billing for web subscriptions. The in-browser planner works from a Stripe subscriptions export or a RevenueCat export. We also connect your RevenueCat or Stripe webhook with you.

How much does it cost?
No monthly fee. Winback costs 15% of the revenue from subscribers who come back after a Winback message, for their first 6 months back. An optional $249 Win-back Sprint has us build and hand over the whole campaign in 7 days; if it recovers less than $249 in 30 days we refund the difference, and the $249 is credited against the 15%. The first 10 apps pay 10% instead of 15%. If nobody comes back, you pay nothing. The in-browser planner is free.

How do you know someone came back because of Winback?
Each message carries a unique return code, and a return also counts when the same customer resubscribes within 60 days of their message. The planner's second step shows the list, person by person, so you can check every one.

Can it give away discounts I do not want to give?
No. You set the maximum offer per group, a total budget cap and who can be messaged. Card failures get a fix-your-card message with no discount by default. Every message is a draft you can edit before anything sends.

Is it allowed by Apple and Google?
Yes. For in-app subscriptions Winback uses the stores' own tools, such as Apple's win-back offers, and only messages people who agreed to hear from your app. It never asks people to pay outside the store where the store requires its own billing.

Who is behind Winback?
Winback is built by AGUNA WELLNESS LTD (RC 9590421) in Abuja, Nigeria. It is live, and every new app gets set up with us personally.
